I am taking a class on skillshare with Mike Butkus cause i'm wanting to learn a few things about his approach. i will first post my pic, which is the one on the left, mike went in and showed me what i could do to make the image more favorable with great notes. need your help picking from the bottom image.. please read if your giving feed back please... so after seeing the suggestions i went in and re drew my original, the line work on these are not as detailed as the original above. but will be planning to take it even further after i have chosen one from these 4 images. any feed back would be good to help me decide. if you like one could you also give a reason why. thank you its going to help me tons as i have no doubts and strongly believe everyone here has great taste! :D i have them each numbered.. thanks! btw, wish Ash had a class on skill share. would be a blast to hear his approach and detailed teachings. also i think the images are links to the original larger images if needed to help see the details.

so this is one of many odd portraits i have in the works, this one was fun. completely destroyed my hand with a .03 and .05 mechanical pencil slaving over the background. so i thought i would share. This photo is crap, at a weird angle, because... i want to show this in a future show and i really want everyone to come see it in person. adding some mystery to process

2nd Class work. i feel like i have gotten some of the rust out, but my wrist is really paying for it.
I had recently been attending modeling classes again, its been since last fall that i had the chance to get back into drawing the human body. I will be posting all my top favorites and maybe some of the horribly failed attempts at getting back into the craft. ha.

you make me feel this way

This is love illustration, about how the heart lights on fire and burns with a different fuel when its in love, blooming with freshets of foliage. This is a 3 color illustration on chipboard, faber castell aquarelle pencils and wax white. later this year, I am considering doing my first serigraph poster using this illustration.I have another blue pencil ill that i have scanned but ran out of time putting it together on the comp. Maybe i can post the other one in a few days, its bit different in subject matter.

btw i love blue pencils
